India’s Iconic Win in World Cup 2024 – Without a doubt this Saturday was full of joy, excitement and suspense. India battled against South Africa in the T20 World Cup finals to win the title of World Champions. With the amazing performance and hardwork of our team we won the Finals.
Cup is back home after 13 Years. Only one word to describe the match is amazing amazing and amazing. The match was iconic no one knew who will win then match. Score went in favour of South Africa but our savior ballers flipped the table.

Captain Sharma the saviour
Rohit Sharma the fantastic captain is surely one of the reasons for India’s Iconic Win in World Cup 2024. The way he led the team and motivated everyone is exceptional. He is the major reason for India’s entry in the final. His cool demeanour and overall futuristic approach let the team to golden win.
King Kohli to the Saviour
King Kholi hit 2 fours in the first over it self. He was the constant player who made the most runs for india. He scored 76 runs on 59 balls and showed that he was never out of form. Though he did not perform well in the entire tournament but he saved India in the most crucial moment. Rohit Sharma hot out soon and Virat Kohli took lead and stable side.
Virat Kohli was later declared as Player of the match due to his outstanding performance.
Catch of the Decade by Surya
The catch by Surya Kumar. It was literally the most important catch of the whole match. D.Miller on of the most important batsman of South Africa was catch out by Surya in a very spectacular manner. Hardik bowled this bowl and he catched it almost touching the boundary. The importance of this catch was that if D Miller was not out then south Africa would have easily won the match.
Vice Captain Pandya to the rescue
Hardik Pandya the star player, he was criticised, trolled and brutally slammed for his form and performance. He faught against all odds and showed all that he his what he is. In the World Cup final he took 3 important wickets of H Klassan who scored 52 runs in 27 balls, D Miller who scored 21 runs in 17 balls and K Rabada who scored 4 runs on 3 balls. All 3 wickets were very precious and played a major role in the win.
Boom Boom Bumrah
Boom Boom Bumrah !! Player of the tournament once again proved in the finals that why he deserve this title. He took two wickets both being direct hit at the stumps. He took wicket of R Hendricks and M Jansen. He later celebrated the victory with wife Sanjana and son angad.
Future of team Arshdeep Singh
Arshdeep sing the rising baller in India cricket team also played major role in world cup by giving two major wickets to the team. He took wicket of star player Quinton de Kock and Captain A Markram.
Kohli’s Batting Partner Akshar
Akshar Patel another rising star and all rounder player in the Indian Cricket team surely deserves an applause. Akshar scored 47 runs in 31 balls giving the second highest score to indin team. He did not only batted but also bowled mind blowingly. He took wicket of T Stubbs and also did a great fielding.
Commendable Coach Rahul Dravid
Most credit goes to non other than the coach Rahul Dravid. This was his last match as coach and he would also retire with the two legends. He has a major hand in India’s Victory. His experience and dedication to the team was commendable..
