Tomatoes contain lycopene, a potent antioxidant that protects the skin from UV damage and protects skin from the damage of sun rays. They may also help to avoid wrinkles. reduces inflammation, which may also help prevent heart diseases and promote collagen synthesis.

Plants contain the vitamin beta carotene which works as Vitamin A in the body.   

Oranges and vegetables including carrots, spinach, and sweet potatoes contain beta-carotene.   

Vitamin A is important for skin health as it protects against skin damage, promotes cell turnover, and helps in maintaining a healthy glow.  

4. Broccoli   

Broccoli is a good source of many vitamins and minerals that are important for skin health, including zinc, vitamin A, and vitamin C.  

It also contains lutein, a carotenoid that works like beta-carotene.

Drinking green tea can help protect the skin from sun damage and reduce the risk of skin cancer.  

It is hydrating and can help to maintain skin moisture levels. Proper hydration is critical for preserving skin suppleness, reducing dryness and flakiness, and creating a glowing complexion.
