As he attempts to prove his innocence, Vinay discovers the true identity of the diamond thief, who happens to be his doppelgänger, Amar. When villains threaten the woods and kidnap Ramu, Shekhar must face them with Raju’s help to save his favorite elephant and safeguard his home. Vandana raises her son, Suraj, alone, despite cultural shame and hardships. Suraj grows up to follow in his father’s footsteps, becoming a pilot and attempting to solve the mystery of his parentage. Twin sisters Seeta and Geeta, played by Hema Malini, are separated at birth. Seeta grew reared in poverty, mistreated by her aunt and uncle, whilst Geeta was nurtured by an affluent family. Due to circumstances, they trade locations, with Seeta taking Geeta’s identity. Geeta, now known as Seeta, has difficulty adjusting to her new life, whilst Seeta, posing as Geeta, finds love and happiness. The film follows their experiences as they navigate their various worlds, encountering challenges, discovering love, and eventually reuniting with one another. It’s a heartfelt story about sisters, identity, and resilience, with outstanding performances and catchy tunes.
